The idea of this cafe was born in the dusty plains of the Midwest, to find its fulfillment in the well-worn brick of downtown Hillsdale, Michigan. To complement its Americana origins, St. Joe’s Café follows the European model: simple and elegant service, nutritious and traditional food, all while fostering community in a beautiful space.
